More trees, less black #NolikeforBlackfriday

Skip Black Friday for a bigger purpose.

Every year, we choose not to take part in Black Friday because of the harm it causes to our planet. The overconsumption it encourages leads to excessive packaging, waste, and massive greenhouse gas emissions. This years’ Black Friday is expected to create 429,000 metric tons of CO2—that’s equivalent to 435 return flights between London and New York, just for shopping. The impact is real, and that’s why we’re committed to doing things differently.* (*Source: "https://blog.cleanhub.com/black-friday-environmental-impact")

Instead, with the support of Tree-Nation, we’re giving Black Friday a new purpose. We invite the ragwear family to join our “More Trees, Less Black” campaign. From Black Friday to Cyber Monday, every purchase made in our online store plants a tree. Since launching this campaign, we’ve planted 6,119 trees and captured 1,110.22 tons of CO2—helping reduce our environmental footprint one tree at a time.

Rhizophora Mucronata - We achieved to plant 2122 of this Mangrove specie.

This small but powerful action can lead to a big change. With your support, we hope to make an even greater impact this year, working together toward a greener, more sustainable future. Let’s do this!
