Your order can be delivered with a valid address within Germany and Austria, as well as the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom
What are the shipping costs?
Deliveries within Germany: 4.95 euros, free shipping from an order value of 50 euros
Deliveries within the EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain): 7.95 euros
With which shipping service provider will my parcel be shipped?
We send our goods CO2 neutral with DHL GoGreen. More information about the GoGreen program can be found here: DHL GoGreen
What packaging materials do you use?
We use resource-saving and environmentally-friendly packaging materials to send our goods to you. The boxes used are made from recycled waste paper and our mailing bags are made from recycled plastic waste. Our products will be sent to you in additional protective packaging, which is indispensable for storage and logistical reasons. This packaging is 100% biodegradable and, after decomposing, turns into plant fertilizer.
We would be delighted if you would dispose of the packaging materials properly and thus enable a further recycling process.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How does a return work and how much time do I have for the process?
Have you received a wrong or defective product, doesn’t it fit or don’t you like it? Then simply send it back to us:
- Pack the ragwear items you want to send back in a shipping carton.
- Fill in the return slip and enclose it with the return.
- Attach the address label* to the return.
- Take the return to the nearest post office or a DHL package station near you.
Please send the ordered items back to us in the same condition that you received them. Thank you very much! ☺ You have 30 days for your return from receipt of the goods.
If you live in another European country, please put sufficient postage on your return and send it to our warehouse:

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
We assume the cost of returning orders within Germany.
You must bear the cost of returns from the other EU countries yourself (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain).
Please treat unwanted items with care and only send goods back to us that are in perfect condition. Have 30 days from receipt of the goods to make your return.
How can I complain about my article?
If, contrary to expectations, your product is faulty, we regret this and accept complaints at the following e-mail address: email@example.com
Please send us clear pictures of the damage and the care label with the exact article number so that we can assign the product.
Note: We can only process complaints for items purchased on ragwear.com. If you bought your ragwear product from another dealer, this is your contractual partner and as such responsible for complaints. However, if you need help because there are problems with the complaint, please contact us and we will try to help you.
Can I exchange an ordered item?
We do not currently offer an exchange service. Send the items you are not satisfied with back to us and then order again in our Shop.
How do I get my money back and how long does it take?
Your money will be refunded to you with the payment method with which you made the payment. As soon as your return has reached us and has been checked, the refund will be carried out. This process can take 2-3 days.
