Shipping to Switzerland

Do you live in Switzerland and want to order from ragwear? Through our partner MeinEinkauf.ch, this is very easy. Just register for free at MeinEinkauf.ch and get a personal German delivery address. Your order will be sent from there to you in Switzerland — including customs handling.

How long is the delivery time?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery in Germany takes 2 to 4 working days (3-5 working days in the EU).

Which shipping service do you use?

We ship our goods via DHL Standard Shipping through DHL GoGreen.

What packaging materials do you use?

For your order, we use eco-friendlier materials: Our boxes are made from recycled paper, shipping bags and tape from recycled plastic. For extra protection of your clothes, we use a biodegradable bioplastic packaging — safe for shipping, better for the environment. We appreciate if you dispose of the packaging properly to enable another recycling process.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to return items and how much time do I have for the process? 

If you want to return an item, please follow these steps: 

1. Pack the ragwear items you want to send back in a shipping box.
2. Fill in the return slip and enclose it with the return.
3. Take the return to the nearest post office and send it to our warehouse:

Please put sufficient postage on your return and send the ordered items back to us in the same condition that you received them. Thank you very much! 

You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return your items. 

Do I have to pay for the return shipping? 

We will cover the costs of returning orders within Germany. The costs for the return shipment from another country are to be borne by you.
Please handle unwanted items with care and only return goods that are in perfect condition.
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return them. 

How can I complain about my article? 

If you received a wrong article or the article is damaged, we’re sorry for the inconvenience and accept complaints to the following e-mail address: support@ragwear.com or via our contact page.

Please send us clear pictures of the damage and the care label with the exact article number so that we can assign the product. 

Note: We can only process complaints for items purchased on ragwear.com. If you bought your ragwear product from another retailer, this is your contractual partner and they are responsible for complaints, please refer to them. 

Can I exchange an ordered item? 

We do not currently offer an exchange service. Send the items you are not satisfied with back to us and then order again in our shop. 

How do I get my money back and how long does it take?

Your money will be refunded to you with the payment method with which you made the payment. As soon as your return has reached us and has been checked, the refund will be carried out. This process can take 2-3 days.
